Well Music ALWAYS helps me..it depends on the situation actually. Sometimes crying really helps me and other times i just take a breather and sleep. Sleep helps me escape reality, even for just a split second. Sometimes food helps me, i mean food makes anybody happy, right? Other times i talk with someone. (:
